Almost every brand and manufacturer worldwide is experiencing production problems and/or shipping delays. Unfortunately, our manufacturers are facing these challenges as well.
If you ordered team clothing from us, or products that have to be printed and you have not yet received your order, then we have not yet received the order either.
Orders that we receive are forwarded to the customer on that same day.
Because we aim to have everything delivered as soon as possible, there is no need to inquire about an order status by phone or email.
Asking for a status does not speed up the delivery process, nor does it change anything to the fact that we have not received the order yet from our supplier.
Therefore, we cannot respond to all inquiries in regards to status updates.
